About this notice
This notice explains the public website and initial-enquiry process of Immigration & Criminal Defence Law Office, operated through Saurabh Kumar Professional Corporation. It is not a complete description of a client file or a substitute for the office's engagement and privacy arrangements.
Information submitted through the enquiry form
The form requests a name, email address, optional telephone number, practice area, jurisdiction, preferred contact method and time sensitivity. It also records the consent selected. Please do not submit case facts, legal evidence, identification documents, financial details or other sensitive information through the initial enquiry.
Purpose of the enquiry
Information supplied through this form is used to respond to the enquiry, consider the appropriate intake process and discuss whether the office can assist. Providing contact details is not a request to subscribe to promotional messages. The form is not an appointment booking or confirmation of representation.
Website and form providers
This site is hosted on Netlify. When its form-handling service is enabled, form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify and may be sent to the office by email. Hosting and communications providers may process information outside Canada. Technical request information, such as an IP address and browser information, may be handled by these providers for delivery, security and service operation.
Maps and external services
The embedded map is not loaded until you select the map-loading button. At that point Google receives a request from your browser and applies its own policies. Google Maps, review searches, law-society directories and other external links are independent services. This site does not load advertising trackers or a third-party review widget by default.
Cookies and local information
This website does not intentionally add advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting-security services and third-party services you open may use cookies or similar technology under their own policies. Information typed in the form is not saved to local browser storage by this website.
Access, correction and retention questions
Contact the office about correction, access, retention or privacy questions concerning information you supplied. The appropriate response depends on the information, the relationship with the office and applicable obligations. Do not include sensitive information in the subject line of an email.
